Coaching staff taking shape. Give Laron Byrd a chance at wide receiver. Early Doucet will probably be gone as well as Beanie Wells. Michael Floyd steps up and receiving group is solid. Give William Powell more time at running back. He is only back that has power and speed and catches the ball well. An offensive lineman has got to be their first choice and it is a great year for lineman.

Hi Darren,
does the new O Coaches have a chance to see any of our four QB's in person ?
maybe a quiet QB-WR type of morning, just so they gaet a feel of what the Cards have on the roster, so they can look at draft options ?

I'm hoping next year we won't have any Pro-Bowlers. I'd like to see them all meiss the game because they're in another game.

As to Anquan, he didn't want to be here. I really feel if he'd have been patient and wanted to be in Arizona, he'd have picked up the contract he wanted. I'm not sure we can call the Cardinals Front Office cheap anymore. Look at the contract extentions we've had in the last few years. Larry, Adrian, Darnell and a host of others. Perhaps they learned a lesson with Anquan, but I still believe he would have wanted to test the market regardless of our wanting to keep him (unfortunately, he felt shafted and who's ultimately to blame for that one I don't know, but ultimately it wa his choice to be offended or not.)

Still, we seem to have learned something and that makes his loss a good thing. Good for us moving forward and being willing to pay to keep top tallent. Good for Boldin who seems genuinely happy in Baltimore. Something I never saw in him in AZ. I'm very pleased he's where he wants to be. Would've loved to have kept him.

My fingers are crossed for next year and with the articles by Darren and John, I'm comfortable with our coaching situation.

As a side to all those who liked and miss Lienart, there's a lot of his merchandise in the clearance section of the Cardinals Store.

Congratulations Daryl Washington...great talent who would have been on the roster irregardless if the Cards had more respect. This is a popularity contest and like Drew Brees who should have been on the roster ahead of RGIII but was on the NFL "bad list", Washington's play was was better than Willis or Bowman but he wasn't "connected" to the right team. I hate that the no-class 9er thugs lost out to the Falcons but hope the Ravens will do a number on them like they did Tom Brady and the Brady Bunch. Awesome game and so proud of Anquan Boldin
who the Cards didn't think was talented enough to pay! Another class act guy like Fitz who elected to walk through door #2 and hasn't looked back since! Props to you both:)
