Last post, Look Dude, all im saying is in the same ammount of games played the stats are close to the same, with one having a harder path, and harder doesnt mean worked harder, it simply means more contact, more abuse on the body more YAC (yards after carry). So if you put one in the HOF, the other cant be denied the same credit for his work, and if the one that gets snubbed had the harder path, then that is just sad!!!!

PS: Off season Larry works 10X harder than Q does! and Q has the same stats, goes over the middle and brings it to defenders and can take over a whole drive. So who is better at Foot Ball really?! lol..Just a little tid bit for ya to chew on!

@ Scott H,
Simple.. Steve B was targeted 6 times and got 4 of them for a whopping 28 yards,
he had a whopping 7 catches for 69 yards in those playoff games (excluding the Super Bowl). Fitz only caught 8 passes and got 166 yards in that game, those are great stats for sure, that is like a player catching 4 40yd passes that is 160 yards dude only had 1 TD in that game, 8 20yard passes dont make a HOFER. You cant deny the fact Q was hurt and Fitz was WARNER'S only viable target! Yes he was doubled But 166 yard games for 1 TD are not that un common it just was on a larger stage than regular season games. You could say the next game was even better, 9 for 152 and 3TD's VS Philly, but the 62 yard flea flicker play was in single coverage on a trick play! Pitched out and thrown back to Warner, that play could have been to any of our WR's and have the same out come! (BTW he was covered buy Demps who was lost on the play! The MVP in the Carolina game was the D! I'm going to point out a couple things:
Game 1 ATL
Fitz 6 for 101 and 1TD!
Q 1 for 71 and a TD went out with a hammy pull!

Does that say any thing to you?
Look Larry stepped up for 2 games in those playoffs, he was a HOF QB's only true passing option, and he stepped up to the challenge, so for 2 good games and 4TD's he is way better than Q? and a 1st ballot HOFER over Q?
I don't think so!
Foolish? So tell me is it easer to catch a ball VS DB's wile timing a jump or go over the middle where you aer no matter what going to het hit by more than one LiNEBACKER ? HUH? HUH? Yah that is what I thought!
And don't
A.) Call Me Foolish!
B.) Spin my words for your gain to try and make me seem foolish!
Fitz worked for every thing he has in the NFL and so has Q, But the fact is Q's Path was way harder than Fitz's path and the stats are neck and neck! That being said I would vote for Q over Fitz any day for every FootBall acomplishment!
Ill give you a break, how is this one, If Fitz went over the middle as much as Q does do you think he would have the stats he has now? Do you think he would have the Starts he has now? Do you think he would be hurt and miss games like Q was and did? Yes we all know this would be the case, and with out those starts he would have way less stats than he does now putting him way behind Q, making this post not even happen!

I would expect more knowledge from any one who has watched Football even a couple times, FACT the hardest Yards are over the middle under the backers and safeties! Q's domain! If you don't know this then I don't know what to say! Q's catches and body has taken 2 to 4X the abuse that Fitz has had to inure, This is a FACT and is not debatable in any forum or any discussion! Pure FACT!!! WOW?
I was having a good time debating with people of class and you come in here and try to call me Foolish! get a Football clue BRO!!!!!

You lost me at Russell Wilson, one good year doesnt make a HOFER or Pro-Bowler IMO. hahahaha
@Haka
TY
@ Josh T,
The fact that Q left (was booted) and treated so poorly ( Whiz and Graves) is possibly why I wont embrace Fitz, When we had no Light there was always a spark in every game Q played in, and just for a moment you could stand up and tell the Bears fan next to you to shut up because Q just trucked Urlacker!! hahaha

bluepitt -

And what explains the big games that Fitz had consistently when Boldin was out with injuries? Perhaps you saw the playoff game in Carolina a few years ago???

I LOVE Anquan Boldin and everything he was and everything he did for this team. But it is foolish to claim that Boldin had to work for what he accomplished while everything came so easy for Fitz. Gimme a break. I might expect something so foolish from an outsider, but NOT from someone who is obviously a fan of this team.

VERY sad to see that Fitz had to make this year's PB as an alternate. because it has nothing to with him. He wasn't injured. He hasn't lost a step. He hasn't faded from the top tier of WR's in the league. And there are not suddenly a whole bunch of other WR's that are better than he is. NO. This is simply an illustration of just how utterly bad the Cardinals were this past season. Bad enough that even Larry Fitzgerald was rendered a non-factor during many / most of 2012. No defense has ever been good enough to do that. But our own offense was BAD enough to do it.

Just watch - with a REAL QB throwing the passes, Fitz will once again be an un-stoppable force during the game, causing people to wonder where he was during the regular season. Those people need look no further than the list of QB's who played for the Cardinals in 2012 to find the answer.

It don't matter who our coach is / coaches are. Not nearly as much as who our QB is going to be. Really, does anyone doubt that??? heck, we just saw how brilliant Ken Whisenhunt appeared to be when Kurt Warner was playing at an elite level. And how pathetic he became when Warner was gone and our QB situation was among the worst in the NFL over the last three seasons.

I really don't think it will be any different with Arians. Or anyone else. We need a QB. Period. And it ain't a really good time to need one of those...

Congrats to L. Fitzgerald! Statistics were not as presentable as he, I, and/or nor any of us would have liked..,however, his reputation remains intact! I personally feel like the retention of Freddie Kitchens speaks to the effect of an increase in Rob Housler (TE) involvement. Pro Bowl may be a "Dog and Pony" show, yet so are the presidential candidate debates! Point being, that only the best of the best are showcased!
