Incredible how the media hypes “trouble ” situations. If you want Mathieus to triumph leave him alone. Talk football. Is 6-8 weeks of being out of trouble such a miracle? Focus on his football progress. Let him focus on his personal side.

If he were to fail the personal side, you guys are the first to report.

I’m an LSU fan. If Tyrann can shake the cobwebs off of his game (he hasn’t played football in a long time) and turn back into the Honey Badger on the field, Arizona will have one of the best rookies from the 2013 draft. Long ago, his high school coach needed the ball because the team was behind and the defense was heading to the field, absent mindedly told Tyrann: “Tyrann, Go get me the ball.” Tyrann took him seriously and got the ball. A star was born.

Later, the St. Augustine high school football coach told Les Miles, the LSU head coach. Les Miles would tell Tyrann: “Tyrann, Go get me the ball.” The Badger did.

Today, at Arizona, as dumb as it may sound, Bruce Arians will be telling Tyrann: “Tyrann, Go get me the ball.” The Badger will go get the ball.

As far as the off field comments about his past. The Honey Badger don’t care, he will take what he wants.

    Geaux Tyrann.
