As a fan I was offended by Ron Wolfleys comment following the cardinals 3rd qt touchdown. During the run back by San Diego and subsequent tackle by the cardinals, Wolfley stated that the Chargers player had been “lit up like a south Phoenix spotlight”. His comment was disrespectful and derogatory to the residents of south Phoenix, many of which are Cardinals fans and even ticket holders. His comment was senseless and irresponsible and he should issue a public apology. His job is to commentate football not insult those that support the team.

As a South Phoenix Ex resident and SEASON TICKET HOLDER, “GET OVER IT!!!!!” Im not offended at all!!!! Thats just a Wolfleyism!!!!! Focus on the game and not on what people say!!! May be he sould of used the term Arizona so everyone in the state could be offended!!! Stop trying to make something out of nothing! If you all turned off the tv it was because our team performed horrible. It was an excuse to stir tje pot! If you feel SOUTH PHOENIX is the Gettho than make it a better place to live. Their are bad neighborhoods everwhere. Its a Wolfelyism!!! Ron Wolfley is the a great radio and tv analysist!!!
