Post-practice update

The Cardinals returned fairly healthy today, with no players sitting out practice altogether. Five guys: DE Kenny Iwebema (ankle), WR Steve Breaston (knee), DT Darnell Dockett (ankle), G Reggie Wells (thumb) and CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (finger, which must be wrapped pretty heavily as coach Ken Whisenhunt had pointed out) were limited. QB Kurt Warner (right shoulder) is also on the injury report, but he practiced full and said a couple of times that he was “doing fine” when quizzed about just how beat up he had been going into the bye.

Other than that, practice seemed like it went well. Warner talked about how it seemed like the Cards hadn’t been out there forever; Clearly, the bad taste of the Colts’ game has finally been washed away (at least outwardly) as the Cards prepare for the Texans.

The “bad taste” of the Indy loss won’t be completely washed away until we start winning.
