Smoking in Seattle

What a start at Qwest. The Cardinals had the ball for all except a minute or so of the first quarter (14:17 to 43 seconds, to be exact), got a sack and fumble, recovered an onside kick, and a 10-minute-plus opening drive for a TD and showed they definitely can run (Beanie, you’ve got to hold on to the ball). The only downside was the failure to convert a TD on the drive post-Seattle fumble, but you can quibble right now. Long way to go, as the Houston game proved. But this team was amped for today, and it shows.

Seems like we’ve played better on the road this year than at home…

How much of a chance are we taking to keep Breaston doing returns. With a guy like rossum let go by the 49rs, shouldn’t we get a proven guy that can take it all the way and let go a TE now that Patric is back?
