Anquan inactive against Bears
Posted by on November 8, 2009 – 9:46 amThe Cardinals have announced their inactives for Sunday’s game and wide receiver Anquan Boldin (ankle) is inactive today against the Bears, as is starting linebacker Gerald Hayes (back). It’s a little bit of a surprise Boldin isn’t going, but now we see what Early Doucet can do. Boldin looked OK in practice and when I watched him warm up earlier today (pictured below). The others on the inactive list:
- QB Brian St. Pierre
- S Rashad Johnson
- OL Herman Johnson
- OL Brandon Keith
- TE Stephen Spach
- TE Dominique Byrd

Hayes will be missed! He is the silent force of our LB core!
Get the ankle right Q!

best move to sit boldin and get him healthy. He just didn’t have his quickness out of cuts since he got hurt. He needs that for his game. He is built on strength and quick cuts.

I wanted Q to play but get rested and beast like you always do. Gerald Hayes being out is a stunner because d. urban said he was expected to play all week long.

Anquan was clearly not happy. I don’t know exactly what happened, but as everyone has thought all along, Boldin — if he didn’t play — was never going to be happy. That’s understandable.
