So that was Dockett in high school

Filed under the random things that pop up on the internet on a Friday night, this video — via MaxPreps — hit a viral level in the Cardinals universe. It’s apparently a version of Wired, not sure done by whom, of Darnell Dockett while he was playing for Paint Branch High School in Maryland. I could write more about it, but really, just enjoy this very entertaining couple of minutes.

I’m not sure Darnell is much different. And he clearly looks like a man among boys.

That is awesome!!!!!!!!!! I feel bad for LB Paul Posluszny for being out but to be honest, he was the guy I was worrying about that would give Carson Palmer trouble. With him out, Carson Palmer can probably make a lot more big plays. Hopefully the Jaguars Linebacker is fine because I hate injuries but thank the lord that threat of the Jaguars isn’t there. But should be a good game though

    Hey Darren,
I keep hearing from the NFL that the Arizona Cardinals will most likely look for a new Quarterback in the 2014 season, do you think with Carson Palmer’s improvements that he is still in Bruce Arians’ plans for next season? I know it is too early to know but do you think Arians will give him another shot if we end up making the playoffs?

    RE: Palmer

I think that situation is fluid. A lot will depend with how the season ends and what will be available in the draft.

hoping for the lsu qb,heck with the rest, just pick bpa and let palmer teach the rookie for awhile, our D is pretty good as is and with returning players should be ok,the oline may still need a LT,hopefully a vet and we should be good with another year to get comfy with the details, but i do like that dt,hagedorn,he would be good learning from DD.

the draft still worked even burning a pick on a reciever that never played,so we should be ok with trading up for someone we really like, would rather have fewer quality picks than iffy quantity picks.
