Story of Arians coming on “A Football Life”

Posted by Darren Urban on November 24, 2015 – 5:20 pm

Time to set the DVR for Dec. 11 on the NFL Network. The ongoing series “A Football Life” will feature Bruce Arians, who as we all know has a fascinating story and is pretty interesting to boot. Plus the trailer looks pretty good too.

I don’t know how many chances there will be to give the Cool Uncle flavor during the broadcast, but we all know how good B.A. can be. Plus he’s winning yet again, and people love to hear from him. This should be a great show.

That promo just gave me goosebumps. BA is one of a kind, isn’t he? I feel like he is not just coaching the players—he’s coaching me and you and all Cardinals’ fans everywhere. “You can’t coach scared—you can’t live life scared.” Wow. That’s exactly why in a 31-31 game on national TV and 57 seconds left, BA dialed up a go win the ballgame plan—with a determined QB, a sure HOF WR and a cadre of o-linemen who blocked the arises off on that last series like exhausted huskies sprinting to win the Iditarod.Bless the man. Bless our coach.

Wow. Being a Cardinals fan just keeps getting better every day! CANNOT WAIT TO SEE THIS.

And, BTW, Kurt Warner is again up for HOF nomination and we know it is what he did as a Cardinal that has a lot to do with that.

For what it’s worth, being surrounded by Eagles fans ( ugh ) out here in the Philly area, I hear SO many of them ( more of them recently ) saying that they wanted Arians as THEIR next coach and they love the job he is doing for the Cardinals. People used to laugh at you out here for being a Cardinals fan. You were pretty much dismissed as a joke. But ya know what? No one’s laughing anymore.

Can’t wait for Dec 20th when the Cardinals come to town.

“But ya know what? No one’s laughing anymore.” Tremendous satisfaction in that. And : “SB or nothing at all.”

Thanks for the early heads up Darren. “A Football Life” is the best thing produced by the NFL Network and I DVR every episode but it’s always good this busy time of year to be vigilant! Six more weeks to the regular season and hopefully we should be able to knock over each game one at a time, counting down. So, exciting to see our rookies playing at such a high level when many teams are falling by the numbers due to injury and not having the depth this team has produced. Happy for BA to finally get the recognition he has worked so hard for; it’s a good message for all to stay the course and believe in what you’re doing!

Damn….things like this….Palmer / Fitz / CJ having the seasons they are….people EVERYWHERE suddenly aware that this is the best Cardinals team they have ever seen… can ya not feel like this all leading somewhere special??

Anything on BA is a sad commentary on the NFL. BA should have been a head coach a long time ago. He knows football and he can motivate the professional athlete like few others can (in any sport).
While people talk about minorities not getting HC jobs, why did it take so long for an NFL owner to realize this jewel of a HC?
